I know how overwhelming seeing a new stylist can be! That's why I am here to make the transition as simple and carefree as possible!

All new clients must fill out the New Client form prior to booking your appointment.

Some services such as color and extensions require a consultation prior to booking the actual service appointment.

 

All other appointments may be booked directly from here.

What  to Expect your first  Visit

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email with your appointment details in addition to any intake forms that need to be filled out. 

 

When you arrive at Studio Strazza, park in the lot and enter the door to Sola Salons. I will meet you in the lobby( or you can turn right and I'm in Studio 8!) I will then take you back to my studio and walk you through a thorough consultation where we will map out a customized plan not only for your first visit but for your long term goals as well. 

​

Lastly, I will provide you with home care routine recommendations using Innersense Organic Beauty or Loma Hair Care line to ensure that you can easily replicate your look as well as set up your next appointment. You can expect a follow up text to ensure your style is as expected.

SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. No refunds. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. * FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% of services scheduled rebooking fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. All no call/no shows will be charged full price for services and banned from online booking
